I was born in Chicago and lived here for about 2 years. Due to financial hardship, my parents sent me to my grandparents in Seoul, Korea for them to take care of me until they could finish getting an education and start their American Dream. I have many stories but too long to put here.

I came back at the age of 7 where I moved to Chicago to some extreme culture shock. Between that and us moving many times for my dad’s work, I don’t think I found my way until almost my 20’s. I gained confidence and kept getting more skilled in tech. which helped me work for major companies doing accounting and fundraising.

Since then I’ve had some major life and job changes, bought a house in the ‘burbs, got happily married(as pictured above), and continued to follow my dreams of working with technology and getting paid to do it.
